| Boston Area Federal Buildings to be Upgraded With Advanced Surveillance Technologies Prior to Democratic National Convention iSYS has been selected by LiveWave and approved by the Federal Protective Services to design, engineer, supply and install all aspects of the Wireless Networks critical to the integration of these new and superior technologies. In addition, iSYS is the installing contractor for all the head-end and field cameras being used to monitor these sensitive areas by the FPS and other law enforcement agencies. When complete, the system will continuously stream video and control signals to select locations for CCTV monitoring, recording, and inter-agency event distribution. LiveWave and iSYS will leverage FPS' existing CCTV cameras and network enable them with FirstView(R), an advanced IP based system capable of supporting thousands of cameras, sensors and users for early warning detection and response. "LiveWave's FirstView and iSYS' wireless connectivity allows the FPS security team to remotely access and control their current CCTV systems from anywhere while providing critical inter-agency support in the event of a threat or incident," said Peter Mottur, LiveWave's CEO. |
