| Press Release - Top One Hundred Women in Business Named |
| Boston, MA - Maryanne Cataldo, President & CEO of City Lights Electrical Co., Inc has been selected by the Center for Women's Leadership at Babson College and the Commonwealth Institute, as one of the top one hundred women in corporate management, business ventures and non-profit organizations who collaborate to understand the issues that contribute to women's leadership success in business and entrepreneurship. The goal of the Commonwealth Institute is to reach women CEO'S during the critical stages of their businesses and to provide them with the tools and resources they need for growth. The top one hundred women selected are heads of companies which generated more than four billion dollars in revenue and employ over 30,000 individuals. Ms. Cataldo has served on the Board of Directors of the Construction Industries of Massachusetts, Women in the Building Trades, and the National Electrical Contractors Association. "In spite of a less than robust economy, I wish to encourage women to continue to seek the peer-to-peer mentoring provided by support groups such as the Commonwealth Institute and the Center for Women's Leadership of which I am a proud recipient," stated Ms. Cataldo, "and I will strive to continue to promote the advancement of women and minorities in the industry." |
