| High-low voltage and substation projects are another trademark specialty of City Lights Electrical. Examples of work done in this area include the construction of a new traction power substation for the MBTA's Blue Line, part of Boston's mass transit subway system, in the heart of the city. This job involved the installation of all related switchgear, transformers, bus duct and primary switches, and the installation of incoming 15 kilovolt feeders to other MBTA substations. |
